fine. My phone connects to it with absolutely no issues.

Actually using Windows'. Which crashes. Then switching to the
adapter's. Which finds the router but refuses to connect (the
option is actually greyed out, lol). Then either I reboot the OS
and all is fine, or I keep switching between WirelessZero and the
adapter's software until one of them decides to connect. No
kidding.
What's most frustrating is that I have no idea if it's the
adapter to blame or not. If it is, I'll gladly buy a new one
tomorrow, but if it's a software issue (more like a Windows issue),
that would be useless. My girlfriend's laptop has no such issues.
But then it has integrated WLAN, mine hasn't. Who knows...

Using windows connection manager or the adapter's?

Window's can be pretty unreliable for some adapters
