Just sign up. US citizens get all the fun ("17 metro areas" are
extensively covered with real-world services, apparently). Haven't
tried it yet, but from what they say, it seems a pretty cool
LBS.
I hear ya; its just stupid to be building websites with browser
restrictions. And if it were a browser-detection for mobile devices
issue, then they really need to be supporting Opera/Opera Mini.
Silly developers....its the weekend and I don't have time to bother
with a shortsighted website no matter how cool the web serice
is.
...yep, I am knocking a web 2.0 service just because of their
website before I ever try anything. That's more than fair IMHO.
@zacharye: yes, I admit,
I have gone for the third party canidate here. I cannot help it
though. Opera 9.5 Beta 2 is wickedly fast all around; and with the
expection of extensions and a mishap on Google Docs, its really
very nicely done.

@zacharye: Don't ask me, it's restricted to 17 metro areas in the US, from what I can tell.

Whrrl's site has browser restrictions - aka no Opera; what kinda of balarky is that.

@arjw: No idea. Just stumbled upon it (pun intended) and thought I'd share. I use FF and worked for me. Well, the site did, not the service.
